This report introduces and analyzes a novel, integrated framework designed to address these challenges by leveraging a confluence of cutting-edge technologies from artificial intelligence (AI), control theory, human-computer interaction (HCI), and applied mathematics. The proposed architecture centers on an Edge Intelligence Large Language Model (LLM) deployed within the vehicle control unit (VCU). This edge LLM operates within a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) paradigm, allowing for dynamic interaction with the driver. Control decisions are optimized using Game Theory maximization principles, informed by the LLM’s contextual understanding and human input. Furthermore, sophisticated signal processing, drawing on Homotopy Theory, 3-Manifold concepts (primarily through the lens of Topological Data Analysis – TDA), and Manifold Learning, is employed for comprehension, decision support, and state projection based on sensor data from a multi-power, fully active suspension system.
